About Cross County Court Docket

Cross County case information is divided among the Circuit Clerk, the County & Probate Clerk, District Court, and two city courts. Search ARCourts adds a statewide online route, but it does not eliminate the need to identify the right custodian. This private reference resource organizes those official paths so people can locate their own case, check a setting, understand a docket entry, or request a record from the office that actually maintains it.

Why We Built This Site

Arkansas provides public access to many court records, yet Cross County has more than one keeper. Circuit criminal, civil, domestic-relations, and juvenile files belong with the Cross County Circuit Clerk. Probate proceedings route to the County & Probate Clerk. District Court in Wynne and the city courts in Parkin and Cherry Valley maintain lower-court matters. Search ARCourts connects much of the public case information online, while older, restricted, or less fully connected records may still require direct clerk help. Bringing those distinctions together makes it easier to choose the right official starting point without treating every case as if it lived in one database.

What You Will Find Here

The site separates court information by task and record type. That structure reflects how Cross County courts and clerks divide their work.

  • Schedule help: how to locate a court setting and confirm it with the responsible clerk
  • Search instructions: how Search ARCourts participant and case-number searches fit local court routing
  • Record-request details: how to distinguish a docket, a filed document, and a certified copy
  • City routing: how Wynne, Parkin, Cherry Valley, and Hickory Ridge residents find the court named on a notice or citation

What We Cannot Do

Cross County Court Docket is privately run and has no affiliation with an Arkansas court, clerk, or government body. It can identify official sources, but it cannot act for those offices.

  • It cannot retrieve an official case file or conduct a clerk search
  • It cannot set, move, or cancel a court hearing
  • It cannot alter, seal, expunge, or remove a docket entry
  • It cannot issue a plain or certified court copy
  • It cannot give legal advice about a pending or closed case
  • It cannot promise that a fee, phone number, status, or setting has not changed

Only the court or clerk maintaining the original Cross County record can confirm its current status and provide an official or certified copy.

Search Partners

Sponsored search boxes on some pages are supplied by outside providers. Those providers control their services, results, enrollment terms, and prices. A referral may produce revenue that supports the site's operation. Cross County Court Docket does not control the partner's data or fees, and an outside result is not a substitute for verification through Search ARCourts or the Cross County clerk that keeps the original court record.
