Questions about an official Cross County docket, setting, filing, or copy belong with the clerk that maintains the case. Cross County Court Docket is a private reference resource and cannot enter the Arkansas Judiciary's systems. The routes below distinguish Circuit Court, probate, and lower-court needs so a request reaches the correct government office. Use only the minimum details needed to identify a public case, and never send protected identifiers through an ordinary online contact form.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Cross County Court Docket cannot retrieve a file, change a setting, remove or seal a case, provide a certified copy, accept a payment, or give legal advice. Contact the responsible clerk or court.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route the request by court and record type. Search ARCourts is the public online starting point, but the local custodian remains the source for a verified setting or copy. The Arkansas Judiciary also maintains an official Cross County court-official directory.

Ask for the page count, total price, payment method, and delivery options before ordering. The county publishes $0.50 per page for a standard copy and $5 per page for a certified copy, with cash payment stated on its certified-copy page.
